PRE-QUALIFY YOURSELF 

A pre-approved mortgage is a great way to get started. With a pre- approval letter from a lender, you will be in a much better position to negotiate with sellers.  You will have an advantage over other buyers because:

• Sellers take you more seriously
• Sellers are more comfortable with the transaction
• The home sale will reach the closing table much faster
